Qualifications

• 5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
• Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
• Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
• Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
• Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
• Work closely with the team to meet common goals and assist when able
• Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites
