Job summary

Equip is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a fully remote, nationwide team delivering evidence-based care for eating disorders via telehealth. You will collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and other therapists, maintain a 30-40 patient caseload, and provide family, individual, and group therapies including FBT and CBT-E.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Mississippi.
• Experience delivering evidence-based care for eating disorders (FBT, CBT-E) preferred.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 30–40 and work flexible evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID therapies across the lifespan.
• Maintain 30-40 caseload with 20-26 hours direct care and admin time.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
