Job summary

Equip is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a fully remote, 100% virtual care team. You will provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth, using FBT and CBT-E, with a caseload of 30–40 and 20–26 direct care hours weekly.

You will collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and other providers, maintain licensure across states, and participate in trainings and supervision while enjoying generous time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in California.
• Ability to support a diverse caseload including all ages.
• Commitment to evidence-based care approaches (FBT, CBT-E, ARFID therapies).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy (family, individual, group) via telehealth.
• Deliver treatments such as FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID-focused therapies.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care weekly.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, diagnose, and coordinate care with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and other providers.
• Communicate through the EMR and attend team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain others as requested.
