Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will maintain a consistent caseload, deliver evidence-based care, and complete documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Fully remote or hybrid opportunities based out of Sacramento, CA, with W-2 part-time status and potential move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California (PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week
• W-2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
