Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California: Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC
• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience with outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Collect parent/patient feedback on programming and goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain active caseload as per part-time/full-time status
• Participate in clinical supervision or team meetings
• Adhere to licensing requirements and company policies
