Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology is seeking licensed therapists to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a fully remote role. Candidates must hold an active Virginia license and have experience with evidence-based modalities and telehealth.

Roles offer W-2 employment part-time with potential to grow to full-time, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for bonuses. Flexible scheduling and telehealth options are available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Virginia (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with outpatient, family, or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collect parent/patient feedback to guide programming and goals.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage a caseload to meet defined weekly targets.
• Collaborate with a clinical team in a supportive environment.
