Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services onsite. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Free clinical supervision hours support licensure progress. This role requires a master’s degree in a related field and active licensure, with Massachusetts licensure highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in the state of X (add in licensure).
• Group Facilitation experience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maintain a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with proper thoroughness.
