Guidelight Health is seeking a clinically licensed therapist to join our on-site team in Colorado. The role focuses on delivering PHP/IOP services to adolescents and adults, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer supervision hours to support licensure and professional growth. The ideal candidate holds an independently recognized license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Colorado and has prior experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid Independent state licensure in the state applicable (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Aufgaben

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames with appropriate thoroughness and scoring.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews determining length of stay and level of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues while building supportive relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
