Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid MA licensure (LICSW, LMHC).
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associates as part of supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors.
