Bowen Health in Indiana seeks a Licensed Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide remote counseling with ongoing assessments to monitor progress.

Spanish/English bilingual preferred; requires Indiana licensure (LCAC/LMFT/LMHC/LCSW), CPI and BLS/First Aid certifications after hire, and a valid driver license. Background checks will be conducted.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC/LMFT/LMHC or LCSW) is required.
• CPI, BLS and First Aid certifications obtained after hire and kept current.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide remote counseling and monitor patient progress.
• Refer patients to other professionals when needed.
• Collaborate with families and support networks as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ethics and contracts.
• Support crisis interventions and safety planning as required.
• Attend supervision and team meetings.
