Bowen Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and provide remote counseling while conducting ongoing assessments to track progress. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities include crisis management, referrals, documentation, supervision attendance, and adherence to ethics codes. A valid license (LCAC/LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) and CPI/BLS certifications are required after hire.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree in psychology or related field.
• One year of experience in community mental health setting (preferred).
• CPI certification must be obtained after hire and prior to direct patient care.
• BLS certification and First Aid certifications must be obtained after hire and maintained.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Create a treatment plan for patients based on individual needs.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Collaborate with family members and supports as part of treatment.
• Manage crises and promote client safety.
• Complete CSSRS or crisis tools and link to services.
• Conduct mental health and substance use evaluations for various patients and link to services.
• Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based practices and document services.
• Use measurement-based care with approved patient outcome measures.
• Provide referrals to support integrative care models.
• Referrals include community resources, medical providers, and transportation services.
• Advocate for inclusive and non-discriminatory practice.
• Maintain credentials with managed care contracts and required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
