Bowen Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders, creating individualized treatment plans and delivering counseling remotely as needed in Indiana. The role emphasizes ongoing assessments to track patient progress and collaboration with related professionals.

The ideal candidate will be licensed (LCAC/LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) in Indiana, hold a master’s degree (PhD/PsyD preferred), and be prepared to obtain CPI, BLS and First Aid after hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field; Ph.D. or PsyD preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Create a treatment plan for patients based on individual needs.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Engage family members and supports in treatment as needed.
• Evaluate risk in crisis situations and initiate appropriate responses to ensure safety.
• Complete crisis assessments and link to services as needed (e.g., IPH admission, crisis planning).
• Provide counseling using evidence-based practices within scope and document services rendered.
• Practice measurement-based care using approved patient outcomes measures.
• Provide referrals to community resources, medical providers, and transportation to support integrated care.
• Advocate for a welcoming, inclusive workplace and maintain professional boundaries.
