Job summary

Bowen Health is seeking an on-site Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) in Indiana to provide in-person counseling and create individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include assessments, crisis response, referrals, documentation, and collaboration with families. A $10,000 sign-on bonus accompanies this full-time role, with required Indiana licensure and post-hire certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in psychology or related field; PhD or PsyD preferred.
• Prefer one year of experience in community mental health.
• Indiana licensure: LMHC, LCAC, LMFT or LCSW required.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification after hire.
• BLS and First Aid certifications after hire; maintain current.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and diagnose mental health or substance use disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Refer patients to other providers as needed.
• Collaborate with families and supports in treatment.
• Handle crisis situations and ensure client safety.
• Complete required evaluations and documentation.
• Attend supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Deliver counseling using evidence-based practices within scope.
• Engage in outcome measurement and care integration.
• Advocate for inclusive, respectful care and maintain ethics.
