Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We support therapists with curated client matches, clinical autonomy, and a non-competitive environment that fosters growth and meaningful client relationships.

This remote, part-time opportunity is offered with potential to move to full-time, featuring competitive hourly pay and bonus opportunities, plus coaching, scheduling, billing, and telehealth

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license in CO: Psychologist or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Experience with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and goals.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain an active caseload per weekly targets (28 full-time, 15 part-time).
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings.
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements.
