Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice offering outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults. Therapists may work fully remotely or in a hybrid model from San Jose, CA, with a focus on meaningful therapist-client relationships and curated client matches.

Licensed mental health professionals deliver evidence-based care, maintain caseloads, and participate in a supportive clinical community with coaches and peer consultation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in California (Psychologist or LMFT/LPC/LCSW/LPCC)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Experience with an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience with outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload per weekly minimums (28 full-time, 15 part-time)
• Participate in clinical supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards and licensing requirements
