Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) for 100% remote telehealth work as 1099 independent contractors. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted California license. We are not accepting associate-level applicants for this role at this time.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist PsyD/PhD).
• Minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care team and adhere to licensing requirements.
