Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician. We emphasize collaboration across psychiatry and counseling teams, meeting monthly to discuss cases, and supporting high-quality, evidence-based care.

We seek fully licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) open to licensure in other states, experienced with diverse populations, and proficient with computer technology.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy independently with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with psychiatric prescriber and counselors in a team-based format.
• Attend monthly virtual team meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
• Maintain regular staffing with collaborating prescribers to coordinate care.
