Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a remote, 100% work-from-home role serving patients in telehealth across the United States. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatments and ensure high-quality documentation.

The role supports long-term well-being with flex PTO, company holidays, and comprehensive benefits. You will maintain licensure in your home state and may obtain licenses in others as requested; the caseload targets are 30-40

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in Wisconsin.
• Ability to manage a 30-40 patient caseload.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (FBT, CBT-E) virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Deliver FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID CBT.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care.
• Participate in trainings and supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain others as needed.
