You will use modalities like FBT and CBT-E, maintain patient documentation, and assess ongoing needs. Flex PTO (3–5 weeks) and holidays are offered, with comprehensive benefits and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in North Dakota.
• Caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care and remaining time on admin tasks.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders (FBT/CBT-E) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 clients with 20–26 hours of direct care per week.
• Participate in trainings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and other providers.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
