Position Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is hiring licensed insurance agents to provide customer service and sales. This role involves helping customers understand their coverage and select suitable products, with excellent training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts professionally
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Research and coordinate with departments to resolve problems
• Document and process customer orders accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and confidentiality requirements
• Escalate issues as needed and participate in training

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
• Reliable with good attendance
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred but Not Required

• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales
