Role Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell suitable products
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Research and coordinate with departments to resolve problems

• Document and process customer orders accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
