Position Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is hiring licensed insurance agents who are positive, persuasive, and driven. You will provide customer service and sales, helping customers understand their coverage and select suitable products. We offer comprehensive training and advancement opportunities into roles like Supervisor, Trainer, and Management.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously.
  • Use knowledge bases and training to answer questions and sell products.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Research and coordinate with departments to resolve support issues.
  • Document and process customer orders accurately.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Escalate issues as needed and participate in training sessions.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to type 20+ WPM.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation, multitasking, and team player mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or support roles.
  • State or Federal work experience.
Employment Conditions
