You will provide customer service and sales, helping customers understand their coverages and select suitable products. This role offers industry-leading training and advancement opportunities into roles such as Supervisor, Trainer, Talent Acquisition, and Operations Management.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to resolve issues, sell products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and recommend products.
• Research and resolve customer issues, document interactions, and follow policies.
• Escalate issues as needed and stay updated with training materials.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, typing, and basic MS Office skills.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: 1+ year in customer service or related fields, federal/state work experience.

Conditions of Employment: Must be authorized to work, submit to background/security checks, and drug screening.
