Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

We seek licensed insurance agents who are positive, persuasive, and driven. Responsibilities include providing full life-cycle customer service and sales, helping customers understand their coverages, and selecting suitable products and services.

This is a growth-oriented role with training and advancement opportunities into supervisory, training, and management positions.

Role Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts courteously and professionally
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues
  • Research and coordinate with departments to resolve system issues
  • Manage accounts and document customer interactions accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures; maintain confidentiality
  • Escalate issues appropriately; attend training and meetings
  • Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM; basic MS Office and Windows knowledge
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Customer service orientation, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year customer service or related experience in a contact center
  • State or Federal work experience
Additional Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the job location
  • Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening
