In this role, you will provide full life-cycle customer service and sales, helping customers understand their coverages and select the right products to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously.
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products.
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues.
• Research and coordinate with departments to resolve support issues.
• Complete account management tasks using systems and technology.
• Document and process customer orders accurately.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay updated.
• Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
