Job summary

Allstate in the United States is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist customers with policy servicing, billing inquiries, coverage questions, and policy changes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work across calls, emails, and chats, maintain accurate documentation, mentor new hires, and collaborate to improve processes, with training and ongoing learning as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex customer questions and identify solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for customers by handling inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, and documents in databases.
• Collaborates with other areas to identify, analyze, and improve processes.
• Engages, inspires, educates, and mentors new hires and incumbents.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and liaises with departments as needed.
• Initiates and communicates projects; resolves complex questions and directs inquiries appropriately.
