Job summary

AWL (All Web Leads, Inc.) seeks a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative for a 100% Remote role in Texas. You’ll support new and existing clients, enrollments, and policy questions from home, with an active P&C license required.

As part of a fast-paced, client-focused team, you’ll handle inbound calls and emails, collaborate with sales and agency operations, and strive to meet service goals while delivering a smooth customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Valid General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of achieving objectives.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop mastery of product knowledge and application process details.
• Strong desire to win in the marketplace and achieve excellent results against challenging goals.
• Experience in Sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome call on all new business.
• Follow-up on pending carrier requirements and documentation.
• Receive inbound service calls and emails and work as necessary.
• Refer renewal and cancel save opportunity to retention or sales as necessary.
• Work with Sales and Agency Operations leadership to meet strategic goals and execution requirements.
