Job summary

AWL (All Web Leads, Inc.) seeks an Agency Customer Success Representative to support our insurance agency and policy sales operations. You will work with sales, agency operations, and clients to ensure coverage, satisfaction, and timely enrollment, serving as the first point of contact for service inquiries throughout the policy life.

You will assist the Agency Operations Manager and leadership with day-to-day business needs; a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is required for this

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with a track record of meeting objectives.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and application processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date policy status.
• Conduct welcome calls on all new business.
• Follow-up on pending carrier requirements and documentation.
• Receive inbound service calls and emails and work as necessary.
• Refer renewal and cancel save opportunities to retention or sales as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales and Agency Operations to meet strategic goals.
