Job summary

Consciousabraxas, a mental health company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role.

The therapist will provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples, use DSM-5 criteria for assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in supervision while supporting a mission-driven startup.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
