Consciousabraxas, a West Palm Beach‑based mental health company, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part‑time, remote telehealth role serving clients across licensed states. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy, contribute to a startup mission, and help expand access to care.

The position offers flexible hours and a W‑2 arrangement, with sessions conducted remotely. Must hold an active license and have experience with teletherapy and DSM‑5 criteria.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in state of practice (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for assessments and impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support.
• Participate in supervision, team check-ins, and case consultations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and peers for guidance.
