Job summary

Consciousabraxas, a West Palm Beach-based mental health company, is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You will provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across licensed states, using DSM-5 criteria, and develop client-centered treatment plans.

This W-2 position offers flexible hours, collaborative supervision, and opportunities to contribute to a mission-driven startup while expanding access to behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in state of practice (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to assess and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director for case consultation.
