Job summary

Consciousabraxas, a mental health company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You’ll provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples across licensed states, using evidence-based methods to support clients and expand access to care.

This W-2, part-time remote position offers flexible hours and collaboration with a startup team, including supervision and case consultation with the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication.
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples using Telehealth.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
