Consciousabraxas, a mental health company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to clients across licensed states, work W-2, and enjoy flexible hours to support a growing mental health startup.

The role emphasizes DSM-5 assessments, treatment planning, crisis support, and collaboration with a Clinical Director.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license in your state (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance.
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation.
• Use Google Workspace and EHR to manage sessions, communication, and caseload.
