The role emphasizes crisis intervention, documentation, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team. A Master’s or Doctoral degree and MA licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed in MA as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and culturally competent approaches.
• Experience in individual and group therapy, crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and confidentiality standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans reflecting patients’ backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methods to cultural context.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with clinicians for coordinated care and shared strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients.
