Work Environment

This is a full-time remote role that operates within an outpatient office setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, enabling a holistic approach to client care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect patients’ unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting methods as necessary to align with each client’s cultural context and personal circumstances.
• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns, promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall well‑being.
• Collaborating with fellow clinicians to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Providing crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to stabilize patients in distress.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby fostering empowerment and understanding.
• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participating in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competence training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy, with a focus on cultural considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele is diverse, spanning various ethnicities, cultures, and sexual orientations. You will be working primarily with individuals who may be facing challenges linked to societal stigma, trauma, or other factors resulting from their unique backgrounds. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
• A profound understanding of mental health disorders and culturally competent therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, particularly through culturally responsive methods.
• Exceptional crisis intervention capabilities, allowing you to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
