Tender Hands Counseling Services is actively seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our culturally competent team in a fully remote, telehealth setting serving a diverse patient population in Kansas.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in an approved field and a valid Kansas license. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidential records, and stay current with evidence-based practices.

Competenze

• Master's or doctoral degree in a licensed mental health field is required.
• Valid license to practice in Kansas (e.g., LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and cultural competency.
• Experience delivering therapy using culturally responsive methods.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and professional boundaries.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
