Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed clinicians to conduct fully remote behavioral health assessments via Telehealth. You will assess children, adolescents, adults, and families, with flexible scheduling and opportunities across full- and part-time roles.

The compensation package is highly competitive and customizable to your financial needs, with incentives based on assessment volume and bilingual or specialized services.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida license active and valid in the respective field.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Commitment to completing a minimum of 14 assessments per week.
• Compassionate, engaging demeanor with superior customer service.
• Ability to determine psychiatric diagnoses using DSM-5-TR and ICD-10 and perform Medicaid-compliant initial assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments to diverse populations via Telehealth.
• Determine psychiatric diagnoses based on DSM-5-TR/ICD-10 criteria.
• Perform initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations.
• Maintain a minimum of 14 assessments per week.
• Work effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals under stress.
