Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth services to clients in Illinois and nationwide. The role requires independent licensure (IL LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD), and consistent availability for at least 15 sessions weekly with about 20 hours of time.

You’ll work as part of a clinician-led team using modern telehealth and EHR tools. You’ll join a supportive network with paid orientation, training, and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Illinois (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions per week with ~20 hours of availability.
• Variety of clients including couples and children; generalist mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients across the country.
• Use evidence-based approaches and document progress in the EHR.
