Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care in Illinois. You must be independently licensed (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and commit to 15+ sessions with about 20 hours weekly. The role focuses on diverse client care, including couples and children, using telehealth and EHR tools.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. Flexible scheduling available seven days a week, with a goal to build a full caseload within 90

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Able to provide a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• General behavioral health clinician open to treating diverse clients (couples, children)
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools
• Committed to measurable client progress and collaborative care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients in Illinois
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in ongoing supervision and training
