Thrive Integrative Therapeutic Solutions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing team of professionals. This full-time, remote position focuses on providing exceptional telehealth therapy services to clients in need.

As a pivotal member of our mental health community, you will play an essential role in improving the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges.

Formación

• Must hold a valid and current license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport digitally.
• Compassion, empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain caseloads.
• No disciplinary history on professional license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adults using CBT and solution-focused approaches.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform and maintain confidentiality.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary and ensure client safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
