Eleanor Health in Washington is seeking a dedicated, licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time role provides behavioral health services to individuals with substance use disorders and collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to help patients reach personal health goals.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s in psychology or related field, a WA license (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC), and at least two years of team-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.
• Active WA state license (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) in good standing.
• Two years of experience in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health and SUD.
• Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments to establish needs and goals.
• Manage ongoing patient care addressing psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Coordinate with external behavioral health facilities for additional services.
• Identify strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
