Job summary

Wellpath Behavioral Health & Consulting Clinic is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor for a fully remote, full-time role in Washington. You will assess clients, tailor therapy plans, and guide recovery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team using an advanced EHR system.

Requirements include a Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, active WA license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW), and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health treatment.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapies.
• Excellent communication with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy, addressing anxiety, depression, and substance use.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR system.
