Discovery Cove Behavioral Healthcare in Eugene, Oregon, seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote care for substance use disorders. This full-time telehealth role offers ability to impact recovery journeys while supporting family well-being.

Must hold a master’s/doctoral degree in a relevant field and be licensed LMFT/LPC/LCSW in Oregon. Telehealth experience and EHR familiarity are required for collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Experience delivering telehealth therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for SUD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify needs and treatment goals for substance use disorders.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling using motivational interviewing and CBT.
• Lead group therapy sessions for peer support and recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and addiction specialists for cohesive care.
• Provide crisis intervention for immediate substance-related emergencies.
• Educate clients and families on addiction and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records per standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in SUD treatment.
