Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active license to practice in Washington State as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Proficient in applying psychotherapy techniques that are evidence-based and client-centered.
• Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to tailor treatment plans.
• Implement modalities such as CBT and DBT to support client healing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential clinical records.
