Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, supporting substance-exposed individuals in Washington State.

As a Therapist, SUD & Pregnancy, you will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care across treatment settings. Candidates must hold an active Washington State independent clinical license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC in Washington.
• Two or more years of direct experience in behavioral health with adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy (individual, family, group) with a focus on SUD treatments.
• Conduct measurement-based care and risk stratification to tailor treatment intensity.
• Collaborate with a certified peer specialist and other team members to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinants of health support.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management as the licensed clinician for acute cases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (DAP) for quality standards and coordinated care.
• Utilize multi-platform technology to engage members and re-engage those at risk.
• Coordinate with MAT/MOUD providers and community organizations for wrap-around supports.
• Develop individualized care plans with members and families, maintaining confidentiality.
