Eleanor Health is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Washington to provide MAT and psychiatric care via telemedicine. This remote role requires WA residency and up to 20 hours/week.

Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, you will collaborate with the treatment team to deliver evidence-based care, ensure compliant documentation, and participate in CQI initiatives while upholding the organization's mission-driven culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, providers function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, providers must have experience prescribing MAT in the past and have an active DEA to prescribe controlled substances.
Position Details: This is a part-time, remote position with an anticipated schedule of up to 20 hours per week. While the role is fully remote, candidates must physically reside in Washington state. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who reside outside of Washington.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
• Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services

• Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and CARF accreditation standards
• Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives

Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered Washington Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
• Active DEA certification in Washington
• MSN degree or higher
• Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

• Ability to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking on a variety of tasks, as needed

The total target compensation range for a full time 40 hour per week position is $130,000 - $140,000. Since this is a part-time role, the salary will be prorated based on number of hours worked. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
