Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments.
• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance abuse.
• Providing regular follow-up sessions, ensuring clients receive the tools and strategies needed to manage their mental health effectively.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize culturally responsive techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Referring clients to additional healthcare resources, including psychiatrists when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.
