Job summary

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, lead individual and group sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliant documentation in EHRs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas.
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering culturally sensitive therapy in individual and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally informed mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and options for care.
• Maintain confidential documentation in compliant EHR systems.
