Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in a relevant field.
• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
• Experience applying solution-based psychotherapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies including CBT/DBT.
• Maintain confidential records compliant with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists for holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews.
• Educate clients and families about diagnoses, options, and resources.
