THREE Property and Casualty is seeking a Licensed Insurance Services Representative to join our fully remote team in the United States. You will handle policyholder inquiries, document interactions, and maintain service standards while learning THREE’s products and compliance requirements.

This role requires a Property & Casualty license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a distributed team. A competitive benefits package and a supportive work environment are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in call center or similarly fast-paced customer service environment.
• Active Property and Casualty license.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook and videoconferencing tools.
• Remote/hybrid hires must have a private workspace with wired high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email, such as certification, billing, policy modifications.
• Document all customer interactions clearly in our systems.
• Meet case volume targets set by Service Leadership.
• Exhibit professionalism in all phone and email communications.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of THREE’s product, processes, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with teammates via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill service requests.
